Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Information about product exchanges.

Contact our support team at contact@inspireuplift.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for (different size, color, or replacement for defective item).

You can also try contacting the seller directly through your order page first - they may be able to arrange a direct exchange.

Exchange Process

If an exchange is approved, you'll typically need to:

  1. Return the original item in unused, original condition
  2. Receive store credit or refund once we receive the return
  3. Place a new order for the item you want

Items That May Not Be Exchangeable

Some product categories have restrictions on exchanges:

  • Print-on-demand or custom-made items
  • Beauty, personal care, and health products
  • Handmade items
  • Items purchased at significant discounts (15% or more)

Important Notes

Exchanges follow the same 14-day return window as refunds. Check the product description for specific exchange policies, as each seller may have different terms.
