How do seller refunds work?

Understanding seller-specific return processes.

Refund Process

  1. Contact the seller directly through your order page if you have questions about the product or want to resolve the issue with them first
  2. If the issue isn't resolved or you prefer, contact our support team at contact@inspireuplift.com within 14 days of delivery
  3. Provide your order number and reason for return (with photos if defective)
  4. Await approval from our team
  5. Ship the item back in original condition with tracking
  6. Refund processed after we receive and verify the return

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 30 days after the returned item is received at our return address. Your refund goes back to your original payment method - the same credit card or PayPal account you used to place the order.

Store Credit vs Refund

Items purchased at 15% or more discount may receive store credit instead of a full refund.
