Locating Your Digital Download

First things first, let's make sure you know where to find your new digital product after purchase! There are two easy ways to access it:

  1. Order Confirmation Page: Immediately after your purchase, a download link will appear on the order confirmation page. If you're logged into your account, clicking this link will start your download. If not, you'll be prompted to log in or create an account. This ensures your download is securely linked to you!
  2. Your Inspire Uplift Account: You can also download your digital product anytime from your Inspire Uplift account. Simply follow these steps:
    • Log in to your account here.
    • Go to the 'My Orders' tab.
    • Find your order and click 'Show Details'.
    • Click the 'Download' button next to your digital product.

Common Digital File Problems and Solutions

1. Incorrect File Downloaded

Problem:You downloaded a file, but it only contains seller information, not the actual digital product.

Solution:

  • Double-check that you've downloaded all available files for your order. Sometimes, a digital product is split into multiple files.
  • Contact the seller directly through the 'Message Seller' button on their shop page. They can help you access the correct file. To access the seller's Shop page, go to your 'Orders' and select the item you purchased. Click the Seller's name to be directed to their Shop page.
2. File Size Issues

Problem:The downloaded file is too small or the print is unreadable.

Solution:

  • Check the product description before purchasing to understand the format and resolution of the digital file. While we showcase small businesses and independent creators, who may not provide the same format types, we encourage you to ensure the file type fits your needs.
  • If the file is indeed too small to be usable, contact the seller to request a version with a higher resolution. Navigate to their shop page from your 'Orders' page to contact them directly.
3. Difficulty Opening the File

Problem:You've downloaded the file, but your computer can't open it.

Solution:

  • Ensure you have the correct software to open the file type (e.g., PDF reader for PDF files, image viewer for JPG files). There is plenty of free software online!
  • Try opening the file on a different device to rule out device-specific issues.

Problem:You can't find the download link on the order confirmation page or in your account.

Solution:

  • Make sure you are logged in to the account you used to purchase the digital product.
  • Contact our support team for assistance! We'll help you locate your download link or provide the file directly.
