Inspire Uplift respects intellectual property rights and takes copyright infringement seriously. If you believe content or products on our marketplace infringe your copyright, you can file a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown notice.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

You have two options for submitting your DMCA takedown notice:

1. Online Form (Recommended) — Complete our official DMCA form at www.inspireuplift.com/dmca
2. Email — Send your complete DMCA notice to legal@inspireuplift.com

What to Include in Your DMCA Notice

To process your takedown request, your notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on Inspire Uplift (URL or product link)
• Your contact information (address, phone number, and email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the material is being used without authorization
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

What Happens Next

Once we receive your complete DMCA notice:

• Our legal team will review your submission within 24-48 hours
• If valid, the infringing content will be removed or disabled
• The alleged infringer will be notified of the takedown
• You will receive confirmation once action has been taken
