My discount wasn't applied correctly
Fixing coupon application issues.
If your discount code wasn't applied to your order, let's figure out what happened.
Common reasons discounts don't apply:
- Minimum purchase requirement not met - Some codes require a minimum order amount
- Excluded items in cart - Certain products or categories may be excluded from the promotion
- Code expired - Check the expiration date in the promotional email or terms
- Multiple codes - Only one discount code can be used per order
- Code already used - Most codes are single-use only
- Case-sensitive or typo - Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown (check for spaces)
Before placing your order:
Double-check that the discount shows in your cart total before completing checkout. If the code isn't working, try removing and re-entering it, or refresh your cart.
Already placed your order and the discount is missing?
Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact our support team within 24 hours with:
- Your order number
- The discount code you tried to use
- Screenshot of the promotion (if available)
We'll review your order and apply the discount if it was incorrectly charged. Adjustments are easier to process if you contact us right away before the order ships.
Note: We cannot apply discounts retroactively to orders that have already been delivered.
