I can't remove an item from my cart

This is usually a browser glitch that's easy to fix. If clicking "Remove" or the "X" next to a cart item isn't working, try these solutions in order.
Quick Fixes
1. Try Clicking the Remove Button Again Sometimes the first click doesn't register. Click the "Remove," "X," or trash icon next to the item again. Make sure you're clicking directly on the button, not near it — on mobile, small touch targets can be tricky.
2. Set the Quantity to Zero If the remove button isn't responding, try changing the item's quantity to 0 (zero) instead. Some carts treat a zero quantity as a removal. If there's a minus (-) button, tap it until the quantity reaches zero.
3. Refresh the Page Press F5 (Windows), Cmd+R (Mac), or pull down to refresh on mobile. A simple page reload often resolves interface glitches. After refreshing, try removing the item again.
4. Clear Your Browser Cache Corrupted cache data is one of the most common causes of cart issues. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac), select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies," and clear them. Then reload the cart page and try again. Note: you'll need to log back in after clearing cookies.
5. Try a Different Browser If the cart isn't responding in Chrome, try Safari, Firefox, or Edge (or vice versa). If it works in a different browser, the issue is specific to your original browser — likely an extension or cache problem.
6. Disable Browser Extensions Ad blockers and privacy extensions can interfere with cart functionality by blocking the scripts that handle item removal. Temporarily disable all extensions and try removing the item. If it works, re-enable extensions one at a time to identify which one is causing the conflict.
7. Try Incognito/Private Mode Open a private browsing window, log into your account, and try removing the item from your cart there. Private mode disables extensions and uses a clean session — if it works, the issue is with your regular browser settings.
