Need to cancel an order? Here's what you need to know:
Important: You Cannot Self-Cancel Orders Our system doesn't allow customers to cancel orders directly. You must contact us to request a cancellation.
How to Request a Cancellation:
- Find your order number (in your confirmation email or account)
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- Request the cancellation
- We'll confirm whether cancellation is possible
When Cancellation Is Possible:
- Orders that haven't been processed yet
- Best chance within the first hour of placing your order
- Before the seller has prepared your shipment
When Cancellation Is NOT Possible:
- Orders that have already shipped (you'll see tracking information)
- Orders already handed to the carrier
- Orders in final packaging stages
If Your Order Already Shipped: Don't worry — you can return the item for a full refund once it arrives. Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery for most items.
What Happens After Cancellation:
- We'll send you a confirmation email
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally placed the same order twice, contact us immediately with both order numbers. We'll cancel the duplicate if it hasn't shipped yet.
