Most Common Causes and Fixes
You're Not Logged In
This is the most common reason carts empty. If you browse and add items to your cart without being logged into your account, your cart is tied to your browser session — not your account. When that session ends (closing the browser, clearing cookies, switching devices), the cart resets.
The Fix:
