Why can't I add items to my cart?

This is almost always a browser issue — not a problem with your account or the product. A quick fix usually gets your cart working again in under a minute. Try these solutions in order.
Quick Fixes
1. Enable Cookies This is the most common cause. Our cart requires cookies to function. If cookies are blocked, items won't save to your cart.

2. Clear Your Browser Cache Corrupted cache data can prevent the "Add to Cart" button from working. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac), select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies," clear them, then reload the page. You'll need to log back in afterward.
3. Try a Different Browser If the cart isn't working in Chrome, try Safari, Firefox, or Edge. If it works in another browser, the issue is specific to your original browser — likely an extension or cache problem.
4. Disable Ad Blockers and Extensions Ad blockers, privacy extensions, and other browser add-ons can interfere with the scripts that power the "Add to Cart" button. Temporarily disable all extensions and try again. If it works, re-enable extensions one at a time to identify which one is causing the conflict. 6. Check Your Internet Connection A weak or intermittent connection can cause buttons to not respond or actions to fail silently. Try loading another website to confirm your internet is working. Switch between WiFi and mobile data to see if one works better.
7. Try Incognito/Private Mode Open a private browsing window and try adding items. Private mode disables extensions and uses a clean session. If it works in private mode, the issue is with your regular browser settings or extensions.
8. Restart Your Browser or Device Close the browser completely (not just the tab), reopen it, and try again. If that doesn't help, restart your device entirely. A fresh start clears temporary system issues.
9. Use the Mobile App If the website isn't cooperating, try the Inspire Uplift app (free on App Store and Google Play). The app uses its own cart system independent of browser settings. Your account and cart sync between the app and website.
Product-Specific Issues
Sometimes the issue isn't your browser — it's the specific product:
The item may be out of stock. If a product has sold out, the "Add to Cart" button may be grayed out, replaced with "Sold Out" or "Unavailable," or simply not respond. Check the product page for stock indicators.
You may need to select a variant first. Some products require you to choose a size, color, or other option before the "Add to Cart" button activates. Look for variant selectors on the product page and make sure you've selected all required options.
The listing may have been removed. If a seller has taken down a product, the page may still be visible briefly but the cart functionality won't work. Search for similar products from other sellers.

Q: Items add to my cart but disappear when I navigate to another page. Why? A: This is almost always a cookie issue. Your browser is accepting the item temporarily but not persisting the cart data.
