Changing your account email.
You can change the email address on your account through Account Settings in just a few steps. Your email is how we send order confirmations, shipping updates, and account communications, so keeping it current is important.
How to Update
- Log into your account at www.inspireuplift.com
- Go to Account Settings (click your profile icon, then "Account Settings" or "My Profile")
- Find the email address field and click "Edit" or "Change"
- Enter your new email address
- You may need to enter your password to confirm the change
- Check your new email inbox for a verification link — click it to confirm the update
- Your email is now updated
After the change, all future communications — order confirmations, shipping updates, marketing emails, and password resets — will go to your new email address.
Important Things to Know
Check your new inbox for the verification email. The update may not take effect until you click the verification link. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Use your new email to log in going forward. After updating, your login credentials change to the new email plus your existing password. Your old email will no longer work for signing in.
Previous orders stay in your account. Changing your email doesn't affect your order history, wishlist, cart, Perks membership, cashback balance, or any other account data. Everything transfers seamlessly.
Update your password manager. If you use a browser password manager or a tool like 1Password, LastPass, or Bitwarden, update the saved login to reflect your new email so auto-fill works correctly.
Saved payment methods aren't affected. Your payment methods remain linked to your account regardless of email changes. You won't need to re-enter card details.
If You Can't Update It Yourself
If you're having trouble changing your email through Account Settings — the option isn't visible, the verification email doesn't arrive, or you encounter an error — contact us and we'll update it for you:
For security, we'll verify your identity before making the change. Have ready your current account email, your desired new email, and some form of account verification (recent order number, account details).
Common Situations
You lost access to your old email. If you can still log into your Inspire Uplift account, update your email through Account Settings immediately. If you can't log in because password reset emails are going to the inaccessible old email, contact us — we'll verify your identity through alternative means and update the email manually.
You want to consolidate accounts. If you have two Inspire Uplift accounts with different emails and want to merge them, contact us. We can help consolidate your order history and account data under one email.
You typed the wrong email during account creation. Log in and update it in Account Settings. If you can't log in because the verification email went to the wrong address, contact us for help.
Your workplace email changed. If you used a work email and changed jobs, update to a personal email you'll always have access to. This prevents losing account access in the future.

Q: Will I still receive updates about orders I already placed? A: Yes. After updating your email, all future communications — including updates for existing orders that haven't been delivered yet — go to your new email address.
Q: Can I have two email addresses on one account? A: No. Each account has one email address. Choose the email you check most regularly and that you'll have long-term access to.
Q: Will updating my email unsubscribe me from marketing emails? A: Your marketing email preferences carry over to the new address. If you were subscribed before, you'll continue receiving marketing emails at your new address. If you were unsubscribed, that preference stays too.
