How do I manage email preferences?

Controlling what emails you receive.

You're in Control of What Emails You Receive

Marketing Emails (Your Choice): • Promotional offers and sales announcements • New product launches and collections • Special member deals and flash sales

To adjust: Click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or update preferences in Account Settings.

Order Emails (Always Sent): These are sent automatically for every order and cannot be turned off: • Order confirmations • Shipping notifications with tracking • Delivery confirmations • Refund and cancellation confirmations

Account Emails (Always Sent): For your security, these are always active: • Password reset requests • Account security alerts • Important policy updates

Perks Membership Emails: If you're a Perks member, you'll receive membership-related communications. These stop when you cancel your membership.

Not Receiving Emails You Want? If you're missing order confirmations or tracking emails: • Check your spam/junk folder • Add contact@inspireuplift.com to your contacts or safe senders list • Check that your account has the correct email address • See our guide: What if I'm not receiving order emails?

Receiving Emails You Don't Want? Contact us at contact@inspireuplift.com and we'll adjust your preferences manually.
