How do I update my account information?
Managing your personal details and preferences.
Go to Account Settings and edit whatever needs changing — name, email, password, addresses, phone number, and preferences are all manageable from one place. Keeping your account information current ensures order confirmations reach you, deliveries go to the right address, and your account stays secure.
How to Update
- Log into your account at www.inspireuplift.com
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select "Account Settings" or "My Profile"
- Find the information you want to change
- Click "Edit" next to the relevant field
- Make your changes and click "Save"
What You Can Update
Name Update your first and last name as displayed on your account. This affects how we address you in communications but doesn't change the name on past orders.
Email Address Change the email associated with your account. You'll need to verify the new email by clicking a confirmation link. After updating, use your new email to log in. See our article: How Do I Update My Email Address?
Password Change your password through Account Settings > Change Password (or Security). You'll need to enter your current password to confirm the change. See our article: How Do I Change My Password?
Shipping Addresses Add, edit, or remove shipping addresses in your address book. Go to Account Settings > Shipping Addresses, or visit www.inspireuplift.com/user-panel/shipping-addresses directly. Save multiple addresses (home, work, family, frequent gift recipients) for quick selection at checkout.
Phone Number Update the phone number associated with your account. Carriers sometimes need to contact you about delivery, so keeping this current is helpful — especially for international orders.
Email Preferences Control which marketing emails you receive. Toggle categories on or off, or unsubscribe from marketing entirely while keeping essential order notifications.
Security Settings Enable or manage two-factor authentication (2FA) in Account Settings > Security. We recommend enabling 2FA for an extra layer of account protection.
Payment Methods Add, remove, or update saved payment methods. Go to Account Settings > Payment Methods. When a card expires, remove the old one and add your replacement card.
Perks Membership View your membership status, billing date, and manage cancellation through Account Settings > Inspire Uplift Perks.
What You Can't Change Yourself
Some account changes require our team's assistance:
Merging accounts — if you have multiple accounts with different emails, contact us to consolidate them.
Linking guest orders — if guest orders didn't auto-link to your account, contact us with the order numbers and emails used.
Changing the email on a Perks membership — updating your account email should carry over, but if you encounter billing issues, contact us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will updating my information affect past orders? A: No. Past orders retain the information they were placed with — the address they shipped to, the payment method used, and the email that received confirmations. Updating your account information only affects future orders and communications.
Q: I updated my address but my order shipped to the old one. What happened? A: Address updates apply to future orders, not orders already placed. If you recently placed an order and then updated your address, the order uses the address entered at checkout. For orders that haven't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we may be able to update the shipping address.
Q: Can I update my information from the app? A: The app provides access to some account settings. For the full range of account management options, the website (www.inspireuplift.com) typically offers the most complete settings interface.
Q: I can't find the edit option for a specific field. What should I do? A: Some fields may not be directly editable through the interface. Contact us and we'll update it for you. Have your account email and the change you need ready for quick processing.
