How to Download Digital Products

Digital products are available immediately after purchase. Here's how to access your files:

Method 1: Check Your Email Your order confirmation email includes a download link. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from contact@inspireuplift.com.

Method 2: Download from Your Account

1. Log into your account at www.inspireuplift.com
2. Click the user icon (top right) and select "My Orders"
3. Find your order and click "Show Details"
4. Click the file name under "Files To Download"

Common Issues and Solutions:

Download link expired: Contact us with your order number and we'll send a fresh download link. For security, download links may expire — save files to your device promptly.

File won't open or is corrupted: Try downloading again using a different browser or during off-peak hours. If the problem persists, contact us with your order number and the error message you're seeing.

File format isn't compatible with my software: Check the product description for listed file formats. Contact us with your order number and we can check if alternative formats are available.

Missing files that were shown in the listing: If your download doesn't include all advertised content, contact us with your order number and screenshots showing what was advertised vs. what you received.

Can I re-download my files later? Digital products remain in your order history for future downloads. Log into your account anytime to access them.

Returns for Digital Products: Digital products typically cannot be returned once downloaded. However, if the product is defective, doesn't work as described, or is missing advertised content, contact us within 14 days and we'll review your situation.
