What to Do If a Seller Doesn't Respond
We understand it's frustrating when sellers don't respond promptly. If you've messaged a seller and haven't heard back, here's what we recommend:
- Wait a reasonable amount of time: Give the seller a few business days to respond, considering they might be in a different time zone.
- Contact Inspire Uplift Support: If you still don't hear back after a few days, contact us! We'll reach out to the seller on your behalf and try to get a response.
Common Issues and How to Resolve Them
Order Not Received
If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe:
- Check the tracking information: Use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email to see the current status of your shipment.
