Password Reset Not Working: If you're having trouble resetting your password:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for the reset email
  2. Make sure you're using the email address associated with your account
  3. Click the reset link within 1 hour (links expire for security)
  4. Try requesting a new reset link if the first one expired

Still having issues? Contact us with your account email and we'll help.

Can't Find Past Orders: If you don't see orders in your account:

  • Guest checkout: Orders placed without logging in aren't saved to accounts. Check your email for order confirmations.
  • Wrong email: You may be logged into a different email than you used for ordering. Try logging in with other email addresses you use.
  • Account sync issue: Contact us with your account email and we'll investigate.

Orders Missing from History: If you know you ordered while logged in but can't see the order, contact us with:

  • Your account email
  • The email address you used at checkout
  • Approximate order date

We'll help locate your orders and fix any account issues.

How to Delete Your Account: To delete your Inspire Uplift account:

  1. Resolve any active orders or pending returns first
  2. Contact us requesting account deletion
  3. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion

Please note: Deleting your account removes your order history, saved addresses, saved payment methods, and any store credit balance. This cannot be undone.

Updating Your Email Address: To change the email on your account, contact us from your current account email requesting the change. We'll verify your identity and update it.
