How do I view my order history?

Accessing your past orders and purchase details.

Log into your account and go to "My Orders" — your complete purchase history is there, going back to your very first order. Every order you've ever placed is stored permanently, with full details available anytime from any device.

How to Access Your Order History

On the Website:

  1. Go to www.inspireuplift.com and log in
  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select "My Orders" or "Order History"
  4. Browse all your past orders

On the App:

  1. Open the Inspire Uplift app and log in
  2. Tap your account icon
  3. Tap "My Orders"
  4. Scroll through your order history

Your orders are listed in reverse chronological order — newest first.

What You Can See for Each Order

Click on any order to view its full details:

Order number — your unique reference for that purchase (starts with #).

Order date — when you placed the order.

Items ordered — each product with its name, variant (size, color), quantity, and price.

Order total — product price, shipping, tax, and any discounts applied.

Order status — current stage (Processing, Shipped, Delivered, etc.).

Tracking information — tracking number and link once the order has shipped. Click through to see real-time delivery status.

Seller information — which seller fulfilled each item. Click the seller name to visit their shop.

Shipping address — where the order was delivered.

Useful Things You Can Do From Order History

Track active orders. Check shipping status and tracking without digging through emails. Your most recent orders with active shipments are right at the top.

Reorder products you loved. Click any product from a past order to visit its listing and buy it again. See our article: How Do I Reorder a Previous Purchase?

Initiate returns. If you need to return an item, your order history is where the process begins. Find the order, and contact us with the order number.

Write reviews. Leave reviews for products you've received. Look for a "Write a Review" option on delivered orders.

Access receipts. Your order details serve as your receipt showing the full purchase breakdown. Useful for tax records, expense reports, or warranty claims. See our article: Can I Get a Receipt for Tax Purposes?

Contact sellers. Click the seller name from your order to visit their shop and message them about product questions, issues, or future purchases.

Reference order numbers for support. When contacting our team about any order issue, your order number is the fastest way for us to help you.

Order History Is Permanent

There's no time limit on order history. Orders from last week and orders from years ago are all preserved. You'll never lose access to past purchase records as long as your account is active.

Guest Orders

If you placed orders as a guest (without an account), they won't appear in an account dashboard because they weren't tied to one. To access them:

Create an account using the same email. Guest orders automatically link to your new account and appear in "My Orders."

If auto-linking doesn't work, contact us with your email and order number. We'll connect the guest orders to your account manually.

Without an account, your order confirmation emails are your only record. Search your email for "Inspire Uplift" to find past confirmations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I search within my order history? A: You can scroll through your orders chronologically. For specific orders, having the order number (from your confirmation email) lets you find it quickly. Your browser's find function (Ctrl+F or Cmd+F) can also search the page for product names or dates.

Q: Can I download or print my order history? A: You can print individual order detail pages using your browser's print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P). For a specific receipt, click on the order and print that page. See our article: How Do I Download My Invoice?

Q: My order history shows an order I don't recognize. What should I do? A: Check with household members who may have access to your account. If the order is truly unrecognized, change your password immediately, enable 2FA, and contact us. It may indicate unauthorized account access. See our article: What If Someone Else Used My Account?

Q: I deleted my account but need order information. Can you help? A: Contact us with whatever details you remember — email address, approximate dates, items ordered. We retain order records for legal and tax compliance even after account deletion, and can provide the information you need.
