These items cannot be resold for health and safety reasons once opened or used.

Custom & Made-to-Order

  • Print-on-demand products (made specifically for your order)
  • Handmade items
  • Personalized or customized products

These items are created specifically for you when you place your order, so we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.

Other Restricted Items

  • Eyewear, jewelry, and watches (category-specific policies)
  • Items purchased with gift cards or store credit
  • Digital downloads

Store Credit Instead of Refund

Items purchased at 15% or more discount may receive store credit rather than a full refund to your original payment method.

Why These Restrictions Exist

Our sellers create and source unique products, and some items cannot be resold once opened, customized, or made to order. These policies protect both product quality and our sellers' businesses while keeping prices competitive.

Defective or Damaged Items

Even if an item is normally non-returnable, we will work with you if it arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different than described. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
