How Express Checkout Works (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Express Checkout lets you complete purchases quickly using your saved payment information. Here's how it works:

What Is Express Checkout? Express Checkout options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay pull your payment and address information from your existing accounts, so you don't have to enter it manually.

Express Checkout Options:

• PayPal — Uses your PayPal account balance or linked cards
• Apple Pay — Uses cards saved in your Apple Wallet (Safari/iOS only)
• Google Pay — Uses cards saved in your Google account
• Shop Pay — Uses your Shop account information

How It Works:

1. Click the Express Checkout button (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.)
2. Log into your payment account or verify with Face ID/fingerprint
3. Your saved address and payment method are automatically applied
4. Confirm and complete your purchase

Important: Address Limitations When you use Express Checkout, your shipping address is pulled from your payment account — not from what you might enter on our site.

If you need to ship to a different address than what's saved in PayPal/Apple Pay:

1. Use standard checkout instead of Express Checkout
2. Manually enter your desired shipping address
3. Then enter your payment details

How to Switch to Standard Checkout: Instead of clicking the Express Checkout buttons, scroll down and:

1. Enter your email address
2. Enter your shipping address manually
3. Choose your payment method in the payment section

Billing vs. Shipping Address: Express Checkout typically uses your payment account's address for both billing and shipping. If you need different addresses, use standard checkout where you can specify each separately.

Questions About Your Express Checkout Order? If your order shipped to the wrong address due to Express Checkout pulling an old address, contact us immediately with your order number. If the order hasn't shipped, we may be able to update it.
