How do I apply store credit?
Using store credit on purchases.
Store credit is automatically available to use when you're logged into your Inspire Uplift account at checkout.
How to use your store credit:
- Log into your account - Store credit is tied to your account and won't show if you're not logged in
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
- Look for the "Store Credit" option during checkout
- Your available balance will automatically appear - select how much you want to apply
- Complete your purchase - any remaining balance after using store credit can be paid with another payment method
Important details:
- Must be logged in - Store credit only appears at checkout when you're signed into your account
- Combine with other payments - Use store credit for part of your order and pay the rest with a credit card or other payment method
- No expiration date - Your store credit never expires
- Check your balance - View your current store credit balance in your account dashboard at any time
Have a Gift Card Code?
Gift card codes need to be redeemed to your wallet before they can be used at checkout:
- Go to your account and select Wallet
- Click "Redeem Gift Card"
- Enter your code
- The balance is added to your wallet and will be available at checkout

Don't see your store credit at checkout?
Make sure you're logged into the correct account. If you still don't see your expected balance, contact our support team with your account email and we'll help you locate it.
If you received a gift card code (format: GIFT-IU-XXXXXXXXXX), you need to manually redeem it in your Wallet before it will appear as a balance.
