Method 2: Our Tracking Page Visit www.inspireuplift.com/tracking and enter your tracking number. Our system automatically identifies the carrier and shows real-time delivery status. No account or login needed.
Method 3: Carrier Website Enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website — USPS.com, FedEx.com, UPS.com, or DHL.com. This works without any Inspire Uplift account.
Method 4: Order Help Center Visit www.inspireuplift.com/order-help-center where you may be able to look up your order using your email address and order number.

Can't Find Your Tracking Number?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email:
Check your spam/junk folder — especially if you use Outlook, Hotmail, Comcast, or corporate email. Search for "Inspire Uplift" or "shipped."
Wait a few days. Tracking numbers are sent when the seller ships your order, not when you place it. Standard processing is 1-3 business days before shipping.
Contact us. If it's been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a shipping confirmation (after checking spam), reach out with your order number or the email you used at checkout. We'll provide your tracking information.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My tracking link from the email isn't working. What should I do? A: New tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to activate in carrier systems after the shipping label is created. If the link doesn't work yet, try again in a day or two. If it still doesn't work after 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll verify the correct tracking information.
Q: Can I get tracking updates by text message? A: Sign up for carrier notification services — USPS Informed Delivery, FedEx Delivery Manager, or UPS My Choice — to receive text alerts about your package using the tracking number from your shipping email.
Q: I created an account but my guest order doesn't show. What happened? A: Make sure you created the account with the same email address used at checkout. If emails don't match, the orders won't auto-link. Contact us with both email addresses and your order number and we'll connect them manually.
