Can I merge my guest orders with my account?

Combining previous guest purchases with your account.

Yes! If you've placed orders as a guest and later create an account, your past orders can be linked so everything is in one place.

How It Works

If You Don't Have an Account Yet:

Guest orders are tied to the email address you used at checkout. When you create an Inspire Uplift account using that same email, your previous guest orders are automatically linked to your new account.

  1. Go to www.inspireuplift.com
  2. Click "Sign Up" or "Create Account"
  3. Use the same email address you used for your guest orders — this is the key step
  4. Complete the account setup
  5. Go to "My Orders" — your guest orders should appear automatically

It's that simple. No need to contact support or do anything special.

If You Already Have an Account With a Different Email:

If your account uses a different email than the one you checked out with as a guest, automatic linking won't work. But we can help:

  1. Contact us at contact@inspireuplift.com
  2. Provide your account email address
  3. Provide the email address you used for guest checkout
  4. Let us know which orders you'd like merged
  5. We'll link your guest orders to your existing account

  • Check your order confirmation emails — Search your inbox for "Inspire Uplift" to verify which email address received the confirmation
  • Give it a moment — In some cases, order linking may take a few minutes after account creation
  • Contact us — If orders still aren't showing, reach out and we'll link them manually

What About Future Orders?

Once you have an account, every order you place while logged in is automatically saved to your order history. No more digging through emails to find order confirmations or tracking numbers — everything lives in your account dashboard.

Tip: Make sure you're logged in before placing orders. If you check out as a guest while you have an account, that order won't appear in your account until we link it.
