How to Reset Your Password
Step 1: Go to www.inspireuplift.com and click "Sign In"
Step 2: Click "Forgot Password?" below the login fields
Step 3: Enter the email address associated with your Inspire Uplift account
Step 4: Click "Reset Password" or "Send Reset Link"
Step 5: Check your email inbox for a message from Inspire Uplift with the subject line containing "password reset"
Step 6: Click the reset link in the email
Step 7: Create your new password and confirm it
Step 8: You're back in — log in with your new password
The whole process takes about 2 minutes.
Didn't Receive the Reset Email?
This is the most common issue people run into. Here's how to find it:
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Password reset emails frequently get filtered, especially if you use:
- Outlook, Hotmail, or Live email
- Comcast or Xfinity email
- Yahoo Mail
- Corporate or university email with strict filters
- AOL email
Search your spam folder for emails from contact@inspireuplift.com or search for "password reset" or "Inspire Uplift."
Check Other Email Folders:

Verify You're Using the Right Email: The reset link is sent to the email address on your account. If you're not sure which email you used:
- Think about which email received your original order confirmations

Request a New Reset Link: Reset links expire for security purposes. If you waited too long and the link no longer works:

Consider a Password Manager: Tools like 1Password, Bitwarden, or LastPass can generate and store strong, unique passwords for every website. You only need to remember one master password, and the manager handles the rest. This is the most secure and convenient approach.
Secure Your Account After Resetting
Once you're back in your account, take a few extra minutes to ensure your account is secure:
Enable Two-Factor Authentication:
- Go to Account Settings > Security
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
- This adds a verification code step when logging in
- Even if someone gets your password in the future, they can't access your account without the code
Review Your Account:
- Check your saved payment methods — do you recognize them all?
- Review your shipping addresses — anything unfamiliar?
- Look at recent orders — any you didn't place?
- Verify your account email is correct

We'll Need to Verify Your Identity: Since we can't send a reset link to your old email, we'll verify you're the account owner through other means:
- Your full name on the account
- Recent order numbers or approximate order dates
- Billing address or last 4 digits of a payment method used
- Shipping addresses on the account
- Any other details that confirm you're the account owner
Once Verified:
- We can update the email address on your account
- Send a password reset link to your new email
- Help you log in and secure your account

Common Password Reset Issues
"This email is not associated with an account":
- You may have used a different email when creating your account
- Try other email addresses you commonly use
- You may have checked out as a guest without creating an account — in that case, there's no account to reset. You can create a new account at any time.
"Reset link has expired":
- Reset links expire after a short period for your security
- Simply request a new reset link — go back to "Forgot Password?" and submit again
- Click the new link promptly when it arrives
"New password doesn't meet requirements":
- Make sure your password is at least 8 characters
- Include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Try a different combination if your first attempt is rejected
Page shows an error when clicking the reset link:
- The link may have expired — request a new one
- Try copying and pasting the full link from the email into your browser rather than clicking it
- Make sure you're using the most recent reset email if you requested multiple links
- Try a different browser
- Clear your browser cache and try again
"I reset my password but still can't log in":
- Make sure you're entering the new password, not the old one
- Check that caps lock is off
- Try typing the password in a text document first to confirm it's what you expect, then copy-paste it into the login field
- Clear your browser's saved passwords so it doesn't auto-fill the old one
- Try logging in from a different browser or device
Forgot Your Email AND Password?
If you can't remember which email you used and don't have your password:
Try to Find Your Account Email:
- Search all your email accounts for "Inspire Uplift" — order confirmations will show which email is linked to your account
- Check your browser's saved passwords — it may have your Inspire Uplift login stored
- Check your PayPal or bank statement for an Inspire Uplift charge — the associated email may jog your memory
