My payment went through but no order

Payment without order confirmation.

If your payment was processed but you haven't received an order confirmation, don't worry - we'll help you locate your order.

Check These Places First:

1. Email Spam/Junk Folder Order confirmations sometimes get filtered to spam, especially if you use:

  • Outlook, Hotmail, or Live email
  • Comcast or Xfinity email
  • Corporate or university email with strict filters

Search your spam folder for emails from contact@inspireuplift.com

2. Your Account Order History If you checked out while logged in:

  • Log into your account at www.inspireuplift.com
  • Go to My Orders in your account dashboard
  • Your order should appear there even without an email confirmation

3. Verify Your Email Address Double-check that you used the correct email address at checkout:

  • Look at your payment confirmation from your bank, credit card, or PayPal
  • Check if there's an email address listed on the payment receipt
  • Common mistakes: typos, old email addresses, or autocomplete errors

4. Check Your Payment Status Look at your bank statement or credit card:

  • Pending charges may appear but aren't finalized yet - if your order had an issue, pending charges typically disappear in 3-5 business days
  • Posted charges mean payment was completed successfully

Contact our support team with the following information:

Required Details:

  • Payment confirmation - Screenshot or details from your bank/credit card/PayPal
  • Transaction date and amount charged
  • Email address you used (or think you used) at checkout
  • Payment method - Credit card (last 4 digits), PayPal transaction ID, etc.

Once you provide this information, we'll:

  1. Search our system for your payment
  2. Locate your order in our database
  3. Resend your order confirmation to the correct email
  4. Verify your order details and shipping information
  5. Provide you with tracking once your order ships

To avoid missing order confirmations:

  • Double-check your email address at checkout before submitting
  • Create an account before ordering so orders are saved in your order history
