Cancelling a Subscription

If you've signed up for a VIP subscription or another recurring service and want to cancel, here's what you need to do:

  1. Log in: Head to the Inspire Uplift website and log in to your account.
  2. Account Settings: Go to your account settings or profile page. Look for something like 'Account Settings' or 'Profile'. Sometimes it might be hidden under a drop-down menu in the top right corner!
  3. Find 'Inspire Uplift Perks': In your account settings, look for a section labeled 'Inspire Uplift Perks'. This is where your subscription details are hiding.
  4. Cancel or Unsubscribe: You should find an option to cancel or unsubscribe from the VIP subscription. Click on it!
  5. Follow the Prompts: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process. Easy peasy!

Keep in mind that the exact steps might vary slightly depending on platform updates, but this should give you a great start.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order for a specific item, here's what you should do:

  1. Act Fast: Contact us immediately! The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have to stop the order before it ships.
  2. Contact Seller (If Applicable): For individual items, especially from marketplace sellers, it may be necessary to contact the seller directly. You can usually do this via their store page by clicking 'Message Seller'.
  3. Escalate to Support: If you aren't able to resolve the cancellation with the seller, contact Inspire Uplift support immediately.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, cancelling or retrieving the package becomes significantly more difficult, and in some cases, not possible.

'Unsubscribing' from Emails

Tired of promotional emails? No problem! You can easily unsubscribe.

  1. Find an Email: Open any promotional email you've received from Inspire Uplift.
  2. Scroll to the Bottom: Look for the 'Unsubscribe' link in the footer of the email.
  3. Click and Confirm: Click the link and follow any instructions to confirm your unsubscription. You're all set!

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it becomes very difficult to alter it. Cancelling or retrieving the package becomes nearly impossible. But please contact us anyway, and we will see if there is anything we can do!
