If your order arrived but items are missing, here's what to do:

First, check thoroughly:

  • Look inside all packaging materials — small parts often hide in packing material
  • Check if there are multiple boxes in your shipment
  • Look for separate packages that may arrive on different days

Split Shipments: Sometimes orders ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. Check your email for additional shipping confirmations. Items may arrive a day or two apart.

If items are genuinely missing:

  1. Take photos of what you received
  2. Keep your packing slip if one was included
  3. Contact us with your order number and list exactly what's missing

Wrong item received: If you received the wrong product, wrong color, or wrong size:

  1. Take photos of what you received
  2. Do not discard the item
  3. Contact us with your order number and photos

Missing parts or accessories: If your product is missing pieces that should be included (screws, attachments, accessories, etc.):

  1. List exactly what's missing
  2. Check the product listing to confirm what should be included
  3. Contact us with your order number

What happens next: We'll arrange to send the missing items or provide a replacement. If items can't be reshipped, we'll process a refund. You're protected by our policies — you'll receive everything you ordered or get your money back.
