When you're approved for a refund, here's what to expect:
How to Request a Refund: Contact us with your order number and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your situation and process the refund if approved.
What Qualifies for a Refund:
- Order never arrived
- Item damaged or defective
- Item not as described
- Wrong item received
- Cancellation before shipping
- Returns within 14 days of delivery
Refund Timing: Once processed, refunds typically appear within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Afterpay/Klarna: Processed through their systems (check their timelines)
- Store Credit: Usually immediate
Why Timing Varies: We process refunds as quickly as possible, but your bank or payment provider controls how fast the funds appear in your account. Some banks process faster than others.
How Refunds Appear on Statements: The refund will appear from the same merchant name as the original charge (INSPIREUPLIFT, PAYPAL *INSPIREUPLI, etc.). It may show as a credit or reversal.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, you may receive a partial refund:
- Items returned in less than original condition
- Partial order issues (refund for affected items only)
- Agreed resolution for minor issues
Refund to Store Credit: Sometimes refunds are issued as store credit instead of returning to your original payment method. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Questions About Your Refund: If you expected a refund and haven't received it after 10 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll check the status.
