If your payment isn't going through at checkout, here are the most common issues and how to resolve them.

General Troubleshooting (Try These First):

  1. Verify your card number, expiration date, and CVV are entered correctly
  2. Confirm your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file
  3. Check that your card has sufficient funds or available credit
  4. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page
  5. Try a different browser or device
  6. If using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily

If none of these work, try a different payment method — we accept major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, and CashApp.

Credit/Debit Card Declined: Common reasons your card may be declined: • Incorrect billing address (must match bank records exactly) • Insufficient funds or credit limit reached • Your bank flagged the transaction as suspicious • Card expired or card number entered incorrectly • International transaction block on your card

What to do: Contact your bank or card issuer and let them know you're making a legitimate purchase at inspireuplift.com. Banks often block unfamiliar online merchants as a security measure. After authorizing it with your bank, try again.

Klarna Issues: If Klarna isn't working at checkout: • Verify your Klarna account is in good standing • Check that you have available spending power in Klarna • Make sure the Klarna approval completes before returning to checkout • If the connection fails, try again or choose a different payment method • For Klarna-specific issues, contact Klarna support directly through the Klarna app

PayPal Issues: If PayPal isn't working: • Ensure your PayPal account is verified and in good standing • Check that PayPal is available in your region • Try logging into PayPal directly to confirm no account holds or limitations • If PayPal checkout loops or fails, clear your browser cache and try again • Try a different payment method if PayPal continues to fail

Afterpay Issues: If Afterpay won't approve your purchase: • Afterpay has its own approval criteria separate from Inspire Uplift • Try a smaller purchase amount • Ensure you have no overdue Afterpay payments • Contact Afterpay support through their app for account-specific issues
