This guide explains everything you need to know about deleting your account, what happens to your data, and important steps to take before closing your account.

Before requesting account deletion, please take these important steps to ensure you don't lose access to important information or benefits:

1. Download Your Order History and Invoices 📄

Once your account is deleted, you'll lose access to:

  • Order confirmations and receipts
  • Invoices for tax purposes
  • Past purchase history
  • Tracking information for previous orders

  1. Log into your account at www.inspireuplift.com
  2. Go to "My Orders" or "Order History"
  3. Download or screenshot receipts for any orders you need
  4. Save invoices for tax or warranty purposes

💡 Pro Tip: Keep digital copies of receipts for any items still under warranty or that you might need to return.


2. Use Any Remaining Store Credit 💰

If you have store credit or gift card balance in your account:

  • Check your balance in your account settings
  • Use it before deletion – store credit cannot be refunded after account closure
  • Make a purchase or contact us to discuss transferring credit

To check your balance:

  • Log into your account
  • Navigate to "Account Balance" or "Store Credit"
  • View available credit amount

Note: Unused store credit will be forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be recovered.

  • Timing matters – you're billed monthly, so cancel before your next billing date

How to Cancel Perks Membership:

💡 Note: Even after cancellation, you can still use Perks benefits until the end of your current billing period.

  • Full data deletion will be completed within 30 days
  • You'll receive confirmation email once deletion is complete

During the 30-day period:

  • You won't be able to log into your account
  • Active orders will still be fulfilled
  • Pending refunds will still be processed
  • Customer service can still assist with recent orders

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

To deactivate instead:

  • Request account deactivation (not deletion)
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails
  • We'll note your account as inactive

You can reactivate anytime by simply logging back in or contacting support.


Just Want to Stop Emails? 📧

You don't need to delete your account to stop receiving emails!

Unsubscribe from marketing emails:

  • Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any promotional email
  • Update preferences in your account settings
  • Contact us to remove you from marketing lists

You'll still receive:

  • Order confirmations (required)
  • Shipping notifications (required)
  • Important account updates (required)

Everything else can be turned off without deleting your account.

Q: Can I create a new account with the same email address after deletion?

A: Yes, after your account is fully deleted (30 days), you can create a new account using the same email address. However, your previous order history and data will not be accessible in the new account.


Q: What if I change my mind after requesting deletion?

A: If you change your mind, contact us immediately at contact@inspireuplift.com. We may be able to cancel the deletion request if it hasn't been fully processed yet. Once deletion is complete after 30 days, it cannot be reversed.

A: Your personal profile data, account settings, and preferences are permanently deleted. We only retain order/transaction records as required by law for tax and fraud prevention purposes. All retained data is secured and not used for marketing.
