What You'll Need: Your tracking number, found in:
- Your shipping confirmation email (subject: "Your order has shipped")
- Your account under "My Orders" after the order ships
How to Track Your Order:
Method 1: Our Tracking Page
- Go to www.inspireuplift.com/tracking
- Enter your tracking number
- View your package's current location and status
Method 2: From Your Account
- Log into www.inspireuplift.com
- Click the user icon and select "My Orders"
- Find your order and click to view tracking details
Method 3: From Your Email Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to go directly to tracking information.
When Tracking Updates:
- Tracking numbers are generated when labels are created
- First scan may take 24-48 hours after the label is created
- Updates may pause for 2-3 days while packages move between facilities
- This is normal — your package is still on its way
If Tracking Doesn't Work:
- Make sure you're entering the tracking number exactly as shown (no extra spaces)
- Wait 24-48 hours after receiving shipping confirmation — new tracking numbers need time to activate
- If tracking still doesn't work after 48 hours, contact us with your order number
