Every purchase on Inspire Uplift is protected. Our Purchase Protection policy ensures that if something goes wrong with your order, we'll make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or another fair resolution.
What's Protected
You're covered when:
- 📦 Item never arrived — Your order didn't show up or appears lost in transit
- 🔍 Item not as described — The product is significantly different from the listing description or photos
- 💔 Damaged during shipping — Your item arrived broken, crushed, or otherwise damaged
- 🔄 Wrong item sent — You received a different product than what you ordered
- ❓ Missing items — Your order arrived incomplete or is missing parts and accessories
- 🔇 Seller unresponsive — The seller won't respond to your messages or resolve your issue
How It Works
Step 1: Report Your Issue Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for non-arrivals) with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if applicable.
Step 2: We Investigate Our team reviews your case, examines any evidence, and contacts the seller if needed. For obvious issues (clearly damaged item, clearly wrong product), resolution can happen the same day.
Step 3: You Choose Your Resolution We present your options and you pick what works best for you:
- 🔄 Full replacement — A new item shipped at no cost
- 💰 Full refund — Back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- 💵 Partial refund — Keep the item at a reduced price for minor issues
- 💳 Store credit — Applied to your account for future purchases
Step 4: We Follow Through We don't close your case until the resolution is complete and you're satisfied.

What's Not Covered
Purchase Protection doesn't cover situations where nothing went wrong with the order itself:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse (use our standard return policy instead)
- Sizing issues when the item matches the seller's published size chart
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Custom items made correctly to your specifications
- Claims filed after the return window
- Transactions made outside of Inspire Uplift's checkout
