Tracking your order is easy at www.inspireuplift.com/tracking. Here's what different tracking statuses mean and when to take action:
Label Created A shipping label has been generated, but the package hasn't been picked up by the carrier yet. This is normal for 1-3 business days. If you see "Label Created" for more than 5 days with no updates, contact us with your order number.
In Transit Your package is moving through the carrier's network. Tracking may not update for 2-3 days between scans as your package travels between facilities. This is normal.
Out for Delivery Your package is on the delivery truck and should arrive today. If it still shows "Out for Delivery" after 24 hours, contact us.
Delivered The carrier has delivered your package. Check around your delivery area, including porches, side doors, mailrooms, and with neighbors. If you can't find it, contact us immediately.
Delivered to Agent Your package was accepted by someone on your behalf — this could be a mailroom, front desk, leasing office, or neighbor. Check with building management or neighbors first.
Exception / Delivery Exception The carrier encountered an issue. This could be weather, an address problem, or a failed delivery attempt. Contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
Attempted Delivery The carrier tried to deliver but couldn't complete it. Look for a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. If no notice was left, contact us.
Arriving Late Your package won't meet the original estimated delivery date. The carrier hasn't provided a new date yet. Contact us for an updated estimate.
Returned to Sender The package is being sent back. This usually happens due to address issues or multiple failed delivery attempts. Contact us immediately so we can reship or refund.
Clearance Delay (International Orders) Your package is held in customs for processing. This is normal and can take several days to a few weeks depending on the destination country. You may need to pay customs duties or provide documentation to your local customs office.
Still have questions? Contact us with your order number and we'll investigate.
