What if my package shows delivered but I didn't receive it?

  • With neighbors or building manager
  • Around your property (behind bushes, side door, etc.)
  • Inside mailbox or parcel locker
  • With other household members

Still can't find it? Contact our support team immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking information
  • Description of the issue
