- Processing Time: The seller prepares your order for shipment. This timeframe can vary depending on the product and the seller.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you'll receive another email with tracking information.
- Delivery: Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination.

1. Updating Your Shipping Address
Oops! Need to change your shipping address?
- Act Fast! Contact us ASAP! We try our best to accommodate address changes, but we need to receive notice within 60 minutes of placing your order, as our sellers often ship items quickly!
- How to contact us: Reply directly to your order confirmation email with the correct shipping address. Be sure to include all relevant details like apartment number, street, city, state, and zip code.
- What if my order has already shipped? In some cases, we cannot change the shipping address if the order has already been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will provide you with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
- Important! Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address during checkout. Items returned or delivered to an incorrect location due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses may not be eligible for a refund or store credit, per the seller's store policies.
