Limited modifications are possible after placing your order:
Within 24 hours of ordering:
- Cancel the entire order
- Change shipping address
- Add or remove items (may require cancelling and reordering)
After 24 hours but before shipment:
- May still be able to cancel or modify - contact support immediately
After shipment:
- No modifications possible
- You'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return if needed
