Can I add items to an existing order?

Once an order is placed, items can't be added to it. Our sellers begin processing orders quickly — often within hours — so there's no window to modify the contents of a submitted order. But there are simple alternatives to get everything you need.

Why Items Can't Be Added

When you place an order, the seller is notified immediately and begins preparing your shipment. The payment is processed for the specific items and quantities in your order. Adding items would require reprocessing payment, recalculating shipping, and interrupting the seller's fulfillment workflow — which risks delaying your original order.

On a marketplace with 55,000+ independent sellers, items in your cart may come from different sellers entirely, making it even more complex to modify orders after placement.

Your Options

Place a Separate Order The simplest solution. Add the items you missed to your cart and check out again. Each order gets its own tracking number and ships independently. If both orders are from the same seller, they may arrive around the same time anyway.

Cancel and Reorder (Time-Sensitive) If you just placed the order within the past hour and it hasn't started processing, contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel the original order so you can place a new one with all the items included. This isn't guaranteed — it depends on whether the seller has begun processing.

Tips for Next Time

Review your cart carefully before checkout. Take a moment to scroll through your cart and confirm everything you want is included. Check quantities, variants (size, color), and make sure you haven't missed anything.

Use your wishlist as a shopping list. Add items to your wishlist as you browse, then move everything to your cart at once when you're ready to buy. This reduces the chance of forgetting something.

Check for items from the same seller. If you're buying from a seller you like, browse their shop page before checking out. You might find additional items you want — and adding them before checkout is easy.

Q: How quickly do I need to act if I want to cancel and reorder? A: Contact us within the first hour for the best chance of cancellation. After that, the seller may have already started processing. Once processing begins, cancellation becomes much harder.

Q: Can I remove items from an existing order instead of adding them? A: Similar to adding, removing items from a placed order isn't possible through our system. Contact us immediately if you need to modify — if the order hasn't shipped, we may be able to cancel it so you can reorder with the correct items.
