What languages does the app support?

International app functionality.

The Inspire Uplift app and website are currently available in English, with all pricing displayed in US Dollars (USD). While we serve customers in 200+ countries and territories worldwide, English is our primary interface language across all platforms — the website, mobile app, and customer support. Here's what that means for international shoppers and what tools are available to help.

Current Language Support

App Interface: English only. All navigation, menus, buttons, product categories, and account features are displayed in English.

Website: English only. The full browsing and shopping experience — search, categories, checkout, account management — is in English.

Product Listings: Primarily in English. Sellers list their products in English since it's our marketplace's standard language. Some sellers who ship internationally may include product descriptions in additional languages, but this varies by seller and isn't guaranteed.

Customer Support: Our support team communicates primarily in English. We make every effort to assist customers who have limited English proficiency — we use clear, simple language and can leverage translation tools when needed to understand your questions and provide helpful responses.

Emails: Order confirmations, shipping updates, and marketing emails are sent in English.

Shopping in English as a Non-Native Speaker

Even if English isn't your first language, shopping on Inspire Uplift is designed to be straightforward. Here are tips to make the experience smoother:

Use your browser's built-in translation. Most modern browsers offer automatic page translation that works well with our website:

Google Chrome: Right-click anywhere on the page and select "Translate to [your language]." Chrome can also be set to automatically translate all English pages. Go to Settings > Languages and add your preferred language.

Safari (iPhone/iPad/Mac): Tap the "aA" icon in the address bar and select "Translate to [your language]." Available for many languages on iOS 14+ and macOS Big Sur+.

Microsoft Edge: Click the translate icon in the address bar when visiting an English page. Edge supports automatic translation for 70+ languages.

Firefox: Install the "Firefox Translations" add-on for built-in translation support directly in the browser.

These translation tools convert the entire page — product descriptions, navigation, checkout flow, and more — into your preferred language in real time. While automated translation isn't perfect, it's usually accurate enough to browse, understand product details, and complete a purchase.

Use your phone's translation features with the app. On Android, Google Translate can overlay translations on any app in real time using the "Tap to Translate" feature. On iPhone, you can copy text from the app and paste it into the Translate app, or use the system-wide translation feature in supported contexts.

Product images tell a universal story. Product photos, size charts, specification tables, and customer review photos communicate a lot without needing to read the description. Browse visually and use images as your primary reference when language is a barrier.

Customer review photos are especially helpful. Real photos from other buyers show you exactly what the product looks like in real life — no translation needed to understand what you're getting.

Use simple English for searches. Our search engine works best with short, simple keywords. Instead of complex phrases, search for basic terms like "kitchen knife," "phone case," "LED light," or "dress." One or two words usually returns better results than full sentences.

Contacting Support in Another Language

If English isn't your primary language and you need to contact our support team:

Write in your language if needed. Our team has access to translation tools and will work to understand your message. We'd rather you communicate clearly in your own language than struggle with English and have your issue misunderstood.

Include your order number. Order numbers are universal — including yours helps us locate your account and order immediately, reducing the need for back-and-forth communication.

Use screenshots. If you're having trouble describing an issue in English, take screenshots showing the problem. A picture of a damaged item, an error message, or the wrong product communicates clearly regardless of language.

Be patient with responses. When translation is involved, responses may take slightly longer as our team ensures accuracy. We want to get it right rather than rush and misunderstand your issue.

Currency and Pricing

All prices on Inspire Uplift are displayed in US Dollars (USD). For international customers, your bank or credit card company will convert the charge to your local currency at their exchange rate when the transaction is processed. The converted amount will appear on your bank statement. Some banks charge a small foreign transaction fee — check with your card issuer for details. PayPal may show a converted amount in your local currency if you use PayPal at checkout.

Q: Product descriptions are in English but I don't understand the sizing. What can I do? A: Size charts typically use measurements in inches or centimeters, which are universal. Use a measuring tape to measure yourself and compare to the chart numbers — the numbers are the same in any language. If you're still unsure, contact us with the product link and your measurements, and we'll help you find the right size.

Q: I used browser translation but the checkout page looks strange. Is it safe to proceed? A: Yes, it's safe. Sometimes browser translation tools can slightly alter the layout or formatting of checkout pages, but the underlying functionality and security are not affected. Your payment is still encrypted and processed securely. If the translation makes checkout confusing, you can temporarily switch back to the original English page to complete your purchase — the key fields (card number, address, etc.) are usually recognizable in any language.

Q: Can I write product reviews in my own language? A: Reviews are primarily in English to be helpful to the broadest audience. You're welcome to write in your preferred language, but keep in mind that other shoppers and the seller may not be able to read it. If possible, a short review in simple English helps the most people.

Q: Is customer support available 24/7 even for non-English speakers? A: Yes. Our support channels are available 24/7 regardless of your language. Live chat and email are often the best options for non-English speakers because they allow time for translation on both sides.
