How do I report suspicious activity?

Reporting concerns about fraud or scams.

If you see something that doesn't look right — suspicious emails, fake websites, unusual account activity, or fraudulent sellers — report it to us immediately. We investigate every report and take swift action to protect you and our community. Your vigilance helps keep our marketplace safe for everyone.

What to Report

Suspicious Emails or Messages Emails claiming to be from Inspire Uplift that don't come from @inspireuplift.com, ask for your password or financial details, contain suspicious links, demand urgent payment, or just don't look right. Forward the email to contact@inspireuplift.com so we can investigate.

Fake Websites Websites impersonating Inspire Uplift with a different URL — misspellings, extra words, or different domains. Our only official website is www.inspireuplift.com. If you encounter a lookalike site, don't enter any information. Report the URL to us.

Unusual Account Activity Orders you didn't place, account settings changed without your knowledge, password reset emails you didn't request, unfamiliar devices logged into your account, or charges you don't recognize.

Suspicious Sellers or Listings Products priced unrealistically low, sellers asking you to pay outside our platform, listings with stolen photos or descriptions, sellers requesting personal information beyond what's needed for an order, or anything that seems like a scam.

Counterfeit Products Products that appear to be fake versions of branded goods, or items that are significantly different from what was listed. See our article: Can I Report Counterfeit Products?

Suspicious Phone Calls or Texts Anyone calling or texting claiming to be from Inspire Uplift and asking for passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive information. We will never call you unsolicited and ask for this information.

How to Report

Step 1: Don't engage further. If you're interacting with a suspicious person, email, or website — stop. Don't click links, don't provide information, don't make payments.

Step 2: Document it. Take screenshots of suspicious emails, messages, websites, or account activity. Save URLs. Note dates, times, and details.

Step 3: Contact us.

📧 Email: contact@inspireuplift.com (subject: "Suspicious Activity Report") 💬 Live chat: www.inspireuplift.com/contact?chat (24/7) 📞 Phone: 1-877-780-2973

Include your screenshots, a description of what happened, any URLs involved, and your account email if the issue involves your account.

Step 4: Secure your account (if applicable). If the suspicious activity involves your account, change your password immediately, enable two-factor authentication (Account Settings > Security), check your order history for unfamiliar orders, review your saved addresses and payment methods for unauthorized changes, and monitor your bank statements.

What We Do With Your Report

Every report is investigated. Depending on the findings, we may take down phishing sites or fraudulent listings, suspend or ban fraudulent seller accounts, alert other customers who may be affected, strengthen security measures to prevent similar incidents, and coordinate with relevant authorities for serious fraud.

We take all reports seriously — even reports that turn out to be false alarms. We'd rather investigate and find nothing than miss genuine fraud.

Protecting Yourself

Verify you're on the real site. Always check that the URL is www.inspireuplift.com with the padlock icon before entering any information.

Check email sender addresses. All our emails come from @inspireuplift.com. Check the actual sender address, not just the display name.

Never pay outside our platform. All legitimate transactions go through our secure checkout. Off-platform payments aren't covered by Purchase Protection.

Use strong account security. Unique password plus 2FA makes your account very difficult to compromise. See our article: How Do I Protect My Account?

Trust your instincts. If something feels off — too good to be true, oddly urgent, or just not right — report it. Better safe than sorry.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I report anonymously? A: Yes. You can report suspicious listings, websites, or emails without providing your personal information. If your own account was affected, sharing your account details helps us investigate and resolve your specific case.

Q: Will I hear back about my report? A: If the issue directly affects your account, we'll follow up with resolution steps. For general reports (suspicious listings, phishing emails), we may not follow up individually but every report is investigated and acted upon.

Q: I clicked a suspicious link. Am I at risk? A: Change your Inspire Uplift password immediately, especially if you entered any credentials. Enable 2FA. Run a virus scan on your device. Monitor your bank statements. Contact us to report what happened.

Q: Someone is selling on social media claiming to be Inspire Uplift. Is it real? A: Our official social accounts are @inspireuplift (or @inspireupliftdotcom on Instagram). Check follower counts — our Facebook page has 6+ million followers. Accounts with few followers claiming to be us are likely fakes. Report them to the social media platform and let us know.
