How to Report a Counterfeit Product
Step 1: Gather Information Before reporting, collect as much detail as possible: the product page URL (link), screenshots of the listing, photos of the product you received (if you purchased it), a description of why you believe it's counterfeit, and your order number if applicable.

Step 3: We Investigate Our team reviews your report, examines the product listing, checks the seller's history, and takes appropriate action. You'll receive confirmation that your report was received and updates as we investigate.
What Happens After You Report
Depending on what our investigation finds, we may remove the product listing immediately, issue warnings to the seller with required corrective action, suspend the seller's account pending further review, permanently remove the seller from our marketplace for serious or repeat violations, and coordinate with intellectual property owners if trademark or copyright infringement is involved.
We don't take these actions lightly — but we don't hesitate either. Protecting our customers and maintaining trust in our marketplace is a top priority.
If You Purchased a Counterfeit Product
If you bought something that turned out to be counterfeit or significantly misrepresented, you're fully protected:
Full refund. Contact us with your order number and photos of the product received. We'll process a full refund.
You may not need to return it. For confirmed counterfeit items, we often don't require a return — there's no benefit in shipping counterfeit goods back into circulation.
Purchase Protection applies. Products that are significantly not as described fall under our Purchase Protection. You're covered regardless of what the seller says.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for the fastest resolution, though we'll work with you on counterfeit issues even beyond that window given the severity of the situation.
