How do I leave a product review?

You can leave a review for any product you've received — through your account, from a review request email, or directly on the product page. Your honest feedback helps other shoppers make informed decisions and helps sellers improve their products. Here's how.
Three Ways to Leave a Review
Method 1: From the Review Request Email (Easiest) After your order is delivered, we send an email asking you to review your purchase. Click the link in the email and you're taken directly to the review form. Rate the product, write your feedback, add photos, and submit. One click from email to review.
Method 2: Through Your Account
- Log into your account at www.inspireuplift.com
- Go to "My Orders"
- Find the delivered order
- Click "Write a Review" or "Leave Review"
- Complete the review form and submit
Method 3: On the Product Page
- Navigate to the product page
- Scroll down to the Reviews section
- Click "Write a Review"
- Log in if prompted
- Complete and submit
You must be logged into the account that placed the order, and the order must show as delivered before you can review.
What to Include
Star rating (1-5) — your overall satisfaction.
Written feedback — what you liked, any concerns, whether it matches the listing. Even a few specific sentences are helpful. "Soft fabric, true to size chart, arrived in 8 days" tells other shoppers a lot in very few words.
Photos (highly recommended) — customer photos are among the most valuable parts of any review. Show the product from different angles, in use, or next to something for scale. Real-life photos help other shoppers far more than listing images. Even a quick phone photo makes a difference.

Review Requirements
You must have purchased the product. Reviews are tied to delivered orders to ensure authenticity.
You must be logged in. Log into the same account you used to place the order.
The order must be delivered. You can't review a product that's still in transit — wait until delivery is confirmed.
One review per product per order. You can review each product once. If your experience changes over time, you can edit your existing review. See our article: Can I Change My Review After Posting?
If You Can't Leave a Review
"Write a Review" option not showing? Make sure you're logged into the correct account (the one used to place the order), the order status shows as delivered, and you haven't already reviewed this product from this order.
Review won't submit? Check that your written text meets the minimum length (approximately 20 characters), photos are under 5MB in JPG or PNG format, and your internet connection is stable. Try a different browser if issues persist.

Q: How soon after delivery can I review? A: As soon as your order shows "Delivered" status. We recommend using the product for at least a few days first so your review reflects actual experience rather than just first impressions.
Q: Can I review products I bought as a guest? A: Create an account using the same email you used at checkout. Your guest orders link automatically and you can then leave reviews on delivered products.
Q: Can I review multiple items from the same order? A: Yes — each product in your order can be reviewed separately. You'll see a review option for each item.
Q: Will the seller see my review? A: Yes — reviews are public and visible on the product page. Sellers can see and respond to reviews. Your review displays your first name or username, not your full name, email, or other personal details.
Q: Can I leave a review anonymously? A: Reviews display a name associated with your account. If privacy is a concern, update your display name in Account Settings before posting.
