The Inspire Uplift app requires an internet connection for most features. Since our marketplace has 20+ million products from 55,000+ sellers with constantly updating inventory, prices, and availability, an active connection ensures you always see accurate, real-time information.
What Requires an Internet Connection
Virtually everything you'd want to do on the app needs connectivity:

Limited Offline Access
Depending on your device and how recently you used the app, you may be able to view some limited content while offline:
- Recently viewed pages may be visible if they're still cached in the app's memory

However, this is not guaranteed and the information may not be current. Prices, availability, and product details can change at any time. Anything you see offline should be verified once you're back online before making a purchase decision.

If You Lose Connection During Checkout
If your internet drops while you're in the middle of placing an order:
Don't panic. Here's what to do:
- Wait for your connection to return — Don't repeatedly tap "Place Order" or refresh
- Check your email for an order confirmation — If the order went through before you lost connection, you'll have a confirmation email
