If you see a charge from Inspire Uplift that you don't recognize, here's how to identify it:

Before contacting us, please check:
- Did someone else in your household order? Family members, roommates, or anyone with access to your payment method may have placed an order.
- Did you receive a package recently? Check for any deliveries at your address that may correspond to the charge date.
- Search your email for "Inspire Uplift" Look in your inbox and spam folder for order confirmations. This will show what was ordered.
- Check your account at www.inspireuplift.com If you have an account, log in and check "My Orders" for recent purchases.
Recurring $4.97 charge? This is likely an Inspire Uplift Perks membership. You can cancel this in your account settings or contact us to cancel and request a refund.
If you still don't recognize the charge: Contact us with:
- The exact charge amount
- The date it appeared
- The last 4 digits of the card charged
We'll locate the order and help you identify what was purchased. If the charge was truly unauthorized, we'll help resolve it.
