If you see a charge from Inspire Uplift that you don't recognize, here's how to identify it:

How Our Charges Appear on Statements:

  • INSPIREUPLIFT
  • PAYPAL *INSPIREUPLI
  • INSPIRE UPLIFT
  • IU MARKETPLACE

Before contacting us, please check:

  1. Did someone else in your household order? Family members, roommates, or anyone with access to your payment method may have placed an order.
  2. Did you receive a package recently? Check for any deliveries at your address that may correspond to the charge date.
  3. Search your email for "Inspire Uplift" Look in your inbox and spam folder for order confirmations. This will show what was ordered.
  4. Check your account at www.inspireuplift.com If you have an account, log in and check "My Orders" for recent purchases.

Recurring $4.97 charge? This is likely an Inspire Uplift Perks membership. You can cancel this in your account settings or contact us to cancel and request a refund.

If you still don't recognize the charge: Contact us with:

  • The exact charge amount
  • The date it appeared
  • The last 4 digits of the card charged

We'll locate the order and help you identify what was purchased. If the charge was truly unauthorized, we'll help resolve it.

Important: We're here to help you figure out what this order was. Most "unrecognized" charges turn out to be legitimate orders placed by household members or forgotten purchases.
