Method 2: Account Settings
- Log into your account at www.inspireuplift.com
- Go to Account Settings
- Find Email Preferences or Notification Preferences
- Uncheck or toggle off the marketing email categories you don't want
- Save your changes
This method gives you more control — you can turn off promotional emails while keeping other types of communications enabled.

What Stops vs. What Continues
Emails that STOP when you unsubscribe: Promotional offers and discount codes, new product announcements, flash sale alerts, seasonal campaign emails, newsletter and curated product collections, and member-only deal notifications.
Emails that CONTINUE regardless of your preferences: Order confirmations (sent when you place an order), shipping notifications with tracking information, delivery confirmations, refund and return status updates, important account security alerts, and Perks membership billing notifications (if applicable).
These transactional emails are essential to your orders and account security — they're not marketing, so they can't be turned off. You'll only receive them when triggered by an action (placing an order, a package shipping, etc.), not on a marketing schedule.
How Long Does It Take?
Unsubscribe link: Immediate. You should stop receiving marketing emails right away. In rare cases, an email that was already in the sending queue may still arrive within 24-48 hours, but no new marketing emails will be sent after that.
Account settings change: Immediate once saved.

Q: I unsubscribed but I'm still getting emails. What's happening? A: If it's been less than 48 hours, a pre-queued email may have slipped through — this should stop. If marketing emails continue after 48 hours, check whether you have multiple accounts with different email addresses (you'd need to unsubscribe from each one). If the emails are order-related (confirmations, shipping updates), those aren't marketing and will continue normally. If genuine marketing emails persist, contact us and we'll investigate.
Q: Can I receive some marketing emails but not others? A: Check Account Settings > Email Preferences for granular options. Depending on available settings, you may be able to choose between deal alerts, new product announcements, and other categories. If you don't see granular options, it's currently all-or-nothing for marketing emails — but you can always contact us with specific preferences and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Q: Will unsubscribing affect my Perks membership? A: No. Unsubscribing from marketing emails doesn't affect your Perks membership, benefits, or billing. You'll still receive Perks-related transactional emails (billing confirmations, membership updates) since those are account notifications, not marketing.
Q: I never subscribed to marketing emails. Why am I getting them? A: You may have been opted in during account creation or checkout if a marketing consent checkbox was pre-checked. Either way, you can unsubscribe instantly using any of the methods above. We respect your choice and will stop immediately.
Q: Does unsubscribing delete my account? A: No. Unsubscribing from marketing emails only changes your email preferences. Your account, order history, wishlist, and everything else remain completely intact and functional.
Q: I want to stop ALL emails, including order confirmations. Is that possible? A: Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) can't be disabled because they contain essential information about your purchases. These are only sent when triggered by an order action — you won't receive them unless you place an order or have an active shipment.
