Yes — protecting your personal information is one of our highest priorities. We use multiple layers of security to keep your data safe, we never sell your information, and we give you control over your privacy. Here's specifically how we protect you.

How We Protect Your Information

SSL/TLS Encryption Every page on Inspire Uplift is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS — the same standard used by banks. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is scrambled and unreadable to anyone who might intercept it. Look for the padlock icon and "https://" in your browser's address bar to confirm.

Payment Security Your payment details are handled by certified payment processors — they never touch our servers. These processors hold PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance (the highest payment security standard), SOC 2 Type II certification, and ISO 27001 certification. If you save a payment method, only a secure token is stored — never your full card number.

Encrypted Password Storage Your password is stored using one-way hashing. This means it's mathematically transformed into an irreversible string — even we can't see your actual password. If you forget it, the only option is to reset it.

Access Controls Internal access to customer data is restricted to personnel who need it for their specific job functions. We follow the principle of least privilege — employees only access the minimum data necessary for their role.

Annual Security Audits We engage third-party security experts to audit our systems annually. These independent assessments identify potential vulnerabilities so we can address them proactively.

Continuous Monitoring Our systems are monitored 24/7 for suspicious activity, intrusion attempts, and unusual patterns.

What We Never Do With Your Information

Never sell it. Your personal data is never sold to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. Period.

Never share your email with sellers. Sellers receive only your name and shipping address — the minimum needed to fulfill your order.

Never use it beyond stated purposes. We use your data only for order processing, account management, customer support, and (with your consent) marketing communications.

What Sellers Can See

Sellers receive only what's necessary to ship your order: your name and shipping address. They cannot see your email address, phone number (unless needed for delivery), payment information, order history with other sellers, or account details. What You Can Do

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Account Settings > Security. This adds a second verification step beyond your password, making unauthorized access dramatically harder.

Use a strong, unique password. At least 8 characters mixing letters, numbers, and symbols. Don't reuse passwords from other websites.

Monitor your account. Periodically check your order history and account settings for anything unfamiliar.
