How do I change my shipping address?

Contact us immediately — address changes are only possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances. Once the carrier has your package, address changes become much more difficult. Here's what to do.
If Your Order Hasn't Shipped

Provide: Your order number and the correct shipping address (full name, street, apartment/unit if applicable, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, country, and phone number).
If the seller hasn't started processing yet, we can usually update the address without any issue. If processing has begun but the package hasn't been handed to the carrier, it may still be possible — we'll check with the seller.
Time is critical. Orders can begin processing within hours of being placed. Contacting us within the first few hours gives you the best chance of a successful address change.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once the package is in the carrier's network, our options are more limited — but there are still things we can try:
Carrier intercept or redirect. We can request the carrier redirect the package to a new address. This isn't always possible and may incur a fee depending on the carrier and how far along the delivery is. Contact us and we'll attempt it.
Hold at carrier facility. If redirection isn't possible, we may be able to request the carrier hold the package at their local facility for you to pick up. This works with USPS (hold at post office), FedEx (hold at FedEx location), and UPS (hold at UPS Access Point or Customer Center).
Use carrier delivery management. If you have USPS Informed Delivery, FedEx Delivery Manager, or UPS My Choice, you may be able to redirect the package yourself using your tracking number. These free services give you some control over delivery even after shipping.
Wait for return. If the address is undeliverable, the package will eventually be returned to the seller. Contact us and we'll coordinate reshipment to the correct address once it's returned. This takes the longest but ensures you get your order.
Common Address Issues
Typo in the address. Minor errors (misspelled street name, wrong apartment number) may still result in successful delivery — carriers often figure it out. Major errors (completely wrong street or city) will likely cause delivery failure. Contact us regardless so we can assess.
Forgot apartment or unit number. The carrier may deliver to the building's mailroom or front desk, or they may not be able to deliver at all. Contact us to add the unit number if the order hasn't shipped.
Moved to a new address. If you've recently moved and forgot to update your shipping address before ordering, contact us immediately. Also update your saved addresses at www.inspireuplift.com/user-panel/shipping-addresses to prevent this on future orders.
Shipped to billing address instead of intended address. If your billing and shipping addresses differ and the order went to the wrong one, contact us. If it hasn't shipped, we can fix it. If it has, we'll explore redirect options.
Preventing Address Errors
Double-check before clicking "Place Order." The checkout summary shows your full shipping address. Take a moment to verify it's correct — especially the street number, apartment/unit, city, and ZIP code.
Keep saved addresses updated. Go to www.inspireuplift.com/user-panel/shipping-addresses and make sure all your saved addresses are current. Remove old addresses to avoid accidentally selecting them.
Be careful with auto-fill. Browser auto-fill can populate outdated addresses. Always verify auto-filled information before submitting your order.
Select the correct saved address. If you have multiple saved addresses, make sure you've selected the right one at checkout — not your work address when you meant to ship home, or vice versa.

Q: How quickly do I need to contact you about an address change? A: As soon as possible. Within the first few hours is ideal. Orders typically begin processing within 1-3 business days, and once shipped, changes are much harder.
