Do you offer Saturday or Sunday delivery?

Weekend delivery availability.

Weekend delivery depends on your location, the shipping carrier, and the carrier's current delivery schedule. Inspire Uplift doesn't control when carriers make deliveries, but many carriers do offer Saturday delivery in certain areas, and some even deliver on Sundays. Here's what to expect.

How Weekend Delivery Works

Inspire Uplift ships through a variety of carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and regional/international postal services. Each carrier sets its own delivery schedule, and weekend availability varies.

USPS (United States Postal Service): USPS is the most likely carrier to deliver on weekends. Saturday delivery is standard in most areas for Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, and many regular packages. Sunday delivery is available in select locations — USPS has expanded Sunday delivery significantly in recent years, particularly in urban and suburban areas. If your package is shipped via USPS, there's a good chance weekend delivery is possible.

FedEx: FedEx Home Delivery operates Tuesday through Saturday in most residential areas, so Saturday delivery is built into their standard schedule for home addresses. FedEx Express offers Saturday delivery for certain service levels (often at additional cost). Sunday delivery through FedEx is generally not available.

UPS: UPS has expanded its Saturday delivery and pickup services in recent years. Saturday delivery is available in many areas for both ground and express shipments. UPS SurePost (which hands off to USPS for final delivery) may also deliver on Saturdays through USPS. Sunday delivery from UPS is limited.

DHL and International Carriers: Weekend delivery availability varies by country and region. Most international postal services operate Monday through Saturday with limited or no Sunday delivery. Check with your local postal service for their specific weekend schedule.

What You Can Expect

For most US orders, Saturday delivery is fairly common and doesn't require anything special on your part. If your package happens to be out for delivery on a Saturday, it will likely be delivered. Sunday delivery is less common but expanding, particularly through USPS in populated areas.

Weekend delivery isn't something you select at checkout — it happens naturally based on when your package reaches your local delivery facility and the carrier's schedule in your area. If a package arrives at your local USPS facility on Friday evening, it might go out for delivery Saturday morning rather than waiting until Monday.

Business Days vs. Calendar Days

All shipping estimates on Inspire Uplift use business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). This is important because a "5-10 business day" delivery window doesn't include weekends in the count, even though your package may actually be delivered on a Saturday.

For example, if you order on a Monday and the estimate is 5 business days, the delivery window runs through the following Monday — but your package might arrive the Saturday before if the carrier delivers weekends in your area.

Weekend deliveries are a bonus, not something factored into our shipping estimates.

How to Maximize Your Chances of Weekend Delivery

While you can't select weekend delivery specifically, there are things that naturally increase the odds:

USPS shipments are your best bet for weekends. Many of our sellers ship via USPS, especially for smaller items. If you're hoping for weekend delivery, products from US-based sellers using USPS are most likely to deliver on Saturdays and potentially Sundays.

Sign up for carrier delivery management services. USPS Informed Delivery, FedEx Delivery Manager, and UPS My Choice give you visibility into when your package is scheduled for delivery, including weekend delivery dates. These free services also let you see estimated delivery days in advance.

Track your package as delivery day approaches. Once your package shows "Out for Delivery" or arrives at your local facility, you'll know delivery is imminent — whether that's a weekday or weekend.

What If You Need to Receive a Package on a Specific Day?

We can't guarantee delivery on a specific day of the week, including weekends. Carrier delivery schedules are determined by the carrier based on package volume, route efficiency, and local operations.

If you need a package by a certain date (regardless of which day of the week), order early enough to give yourself a comfortable buffer. For US orders, ordering 2+ weeks ahead of your deadline gives you plenty of room even if delivery falls on a weekday rather than the weekend you hoped for.

Weekend Deliveries and Package Security

If you're expecting a package on a weekend and won't be home, plan ahead to avoid packages sitting unattended:

Add delivery instructions to your shipping address, such as "leave at back door" or "place behind planter." You can save delivery instructions in your address book at www.inspireuplift.com/user-panel/shipping-addresses.

Use carrier hold options. Most carriers let you hold a package at their facility for pickup. This is useful if you'll be away for the weekend and don't want a package left outside. Sign up for USPS Informed Delivery, FedEx Delivery Manager, or UPS My Choice to manage delivery preferences.

Consider shipping to your workplace if you work weekends, or to a friend or family member who will be home.

Perks members have package protection for lost, stolen, or damaged packages — so if a weekend delivery goes missing, you're covered.

Holidays and Weekend Schedules

Carrier weekend schedules may change during major holidays. Carriers typically do not deliver on major US holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas), even if those holidays fall on a weekend. The days surrounding major holidays may also see reduced weekend delivery service.

During peak shopping seasons (November through December), carriers often increase weekend delivery operations to handle higher package volumes. Your package may actually be more likely to receive weekend delivery during the holidays than during quieter months.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I choose Saturday or Sunday delivery at checkout? A: No. Weekend delivery isn't a selectable option at checkout on Inspire Uplift. It happens automatically based on when your package reaches your local delivery area and whether the carrier delivers on weekends in your location.

Q: Does Saturday delivery cost extra? A: No. If a carrier delivers your package on a Saturday as part of their normal route, there's no extra charge. You pay the shipping cost shown at checkout regardless of which day the carrier actually delivers.

Q: I'm only home on weekends. How can I make sure I receive my package? A: Several options work well for this situation. Add delivery instructions requesting the package be left in a secure location. Sign up for carrier delivery management services to reschedule delivery or hold for pickup. Ship to your workplace if you're there during weekdays. Use a package locker or pickup location as your shipping address. Check tracking closely and contact the carrier to hold the package at their facility for weekend pickup.

Q: Will tracking show if my package is scheduled for weekend delivery? A: Once your package is close to delivery, tracking updates often show the estimated delivery date, which may include a Saturday. Services like USPS Informed Delivery and FedEx Delivery Manager can also provide advance notice of weekend deliveries.

Q: Do international orders deliver on weekends? A: It depends on the postal service and carrier in your country. Most countries have some level of Saturday postal delivery, though Sunday delivery is less common internationally. Check your local postal service's delivery schedule for specifics.

Q: What if I miss a weekend delivery attempt? A: If the carrier attempts delivery and you're not available, they'll typically leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Many carriers make multiple delivery attempts before returning a package. Check the notice for your options, or use your tracking number on the carrier's website to reschedule.
