When You Place an Order: Shipping address, phone number (for carrier delivery contact), and payment information. Payment details go directly to our certified payment processors through encrypted channels — we never store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Order details (items, amounts, dates) are retained for your order history and legal/tax requirements.
When You Browse: Technical data including IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies. This is collected automatically and used for website functionality, security, and improving your experience. We also track products viewed and search queries to power recommendations like "Recently Viewed" and "You Might Also Like" — helping you find products without searching for everything manually.
When You Contact Support: Communication records from live chat, email, and phone interactions. These are retained for quality assurance and to reference if a follow-up is needed on your issue.
When You Opt Into Marketing: Your email subscription status and communication preferences. Used only to send promotional content you've agreed to receive — and easily adjustable or opt-outable at any time.
What We Never Do
Never sell your data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, or anyone else. Your information stays within our platform.
Never share your email with sellers. Sellers receive only your name and shipping address to fulfill orders — nothing else.
Never store full payment details. Full card numbers and CVVs never touch our servers. Saved payment methods use secure tokens only.
Never track you across other websites. Our data collection is limited to your activity on Inspire Uplift. We don't follow you around the internet.
Never use data for purposes we haven't disclosed. What's listed here is what we do. If we ever change our practices, we'll notify you before the changes take effect.
Who Sees Your Data
Payment Processors — receive payment info to process transactions. PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
Shipping Carriers — receive name, address, and phone number to deliver orders.
Sellers — receive name and shipping address only. No email, no payment details, no account info.
Service Providers — trusted partners for hosting, email delivery, support tools, and analytics. All bound by data processing agreements.
Nobody else. We don't share data beyond what's listed above without your consent or a legal requirement.
