For a price match to be considered, all of the following must apply:
The Product Must Be Identical:
- Same brand, model, size, color, and specifications — not just a similar product
- Same condition (new, not refurbished or used)
- Same quantity (single item, not a bundle or multi-pack unless the competitor is also selling the same bundle)
The Competitor Must Be Legitimate:
- Must be a major, recognized marketplace or retailer
- Must be a business with a public website — not an individual seller on a classifieds site
- The product must be sold and shipped by that retailer (not a third-party seller on their platform offering an unusually low price)
The Product Must Be Currently Available:
- Must be currently in stock and available for purchase at the lower price
- We may verify availability at the time we review your request
- Prices that are no longer active when we check cannot be matched
The Comparison Must Be Apples to Apples:
- Total cost must be compared — product price plus shipping — not just the base price
- A product that's $5 cheaper but has $10 shipping isn't actually a better deal
- Compare the total you'd pay at checkout on both sites
The Lower Price Must Be a Regular or Sale Price:
- Standard retail pricing or current active sale pricing qualifies
- The price must be available to any customer, not restricted to specific groups
What's Not Eligible for Price Matching
To keep the policy fair and prevent abuse, the following don't qualify:
- Auction sites or bidding platforms — Prices from eBay auctions, liquidation sites, or bidding platforms
- Private sellers or classified listings — Individual sellers on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, etc.
- Membership-only or coupon-only pricing — Prices that require a paid membership, employee discount, or special coupon code not available to the general public
- Counterfeit or unauthorized goods — Prices from sellers offering knockoff, counterfeit, or unauthorized versions of a product
- Pricing errors — Prices that appear to be mistakes or are significantly below market value
- Clearance, going-out-of-business, or liquidation pricing — These are one-time situations, not regular market pricing
- Orders that have already been delivered — Price matching must be requested before or shortly after placing your order
- Inspire Uplift products compared to different Inspire Uplift sellers — We don't price match between sellers on our own platform

What Happens If Your Price Match Is Approved
If You Haven't Ordered Yet:
- We'll provide instructions on how to get the matched price on your order
- This may be through a discount code, manual price adjustment, or store credit
- You can then place your order at the matched price
If You've Already Ordered:
- We'll issue a credit for the price difference
- The credit is applied to your account or refunded to your original payment method
- Your existing order continues as normal — no need to cancel and reorder
