There are several ways to get answers before you buy — from existing Q&As on the product page to direct seller communication and our support team. You don't have to guess or take a chance on a product when you have a question. Here's how to get the information you need.

On the Product Page

Check the Q&A Section First Many product pages have a Questions & Answers section where previous shoppers have already asked questions. Scroll below the product description and look for "Questions & Answers," "Q&A," or similar. Browse through existing questions — yours may already be answered, saving you time.

Ask a New Question If your question hasn't been asked, submit it through the Q&A section on the product page. The seller and other customers can respond. Seller responses are typically the most authoritative since they know their products best. Expect responses within 1-3 business days, though many sellers reply faster.

Message the Seller Directly

For specific or detailed questions, messaging the seller directly is the best approach:
