If you placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email, here's how to find it or verify your order:

Step 1: Check Your Spam/Junk Folder Order confirmations often get filtered, especially with:

  • Outlook / Hotmail
  • Comcast / Xfinity
  • Yahoo Mail
  • Corporate email accounts

Look for emails from contact@inspireuplift.com with your order number in the subject line.

Step 2: Search Your Email Search your entire inbox for:

  • "Inspire Uplift"
  • "Order confirmation"
  • Your email address (in case it was forwarded)

Step 3: Check Your Account If you were logged in when you ordered:

  1. Go to www.inspireuplift.com
  2. Log into your account
  3. Click "My Orders"
  4. Your order should appear there with all details

Step 4: Prevent Future Issues Add contact@inspireuplift.com to your contacts or safe senders list. This tells your email provider our messages are legitimate.

Guest Checkout? If you checked out as a guest (without logging in), your order won't appear in any account. Your confirmation email is your only record β€” that's why finding it is important.

Payment Charged But No Confirmation? If you see a charge on your card but never received confirmation:

  1. Check spam folders thoroughly
  2. Contact us with:
    • The email address you used at checkout
    • The charge amount and date
    • Last 4 digits of the card charged

We'll locate your order and resend the confirmation.
