Where Do Orders Ship From? Our marketplace includes sellers from various locations. Some products ship from the United States, while others ship from international locations including China, Europe, and other countries. Shipping origin is reflected in the delivery timeframe shown on the product page.

International Shipping Times:

  • Standard international shipping: 10-21 business days
  • Actual times vary by destination country and customs processing

Customs and Duties: When packages cross international borders, your country's customs agency may:

  • Inspect the package
  • Charge import duties or taxes
  • Request additional documentation

Important: Customs duties and taxes are charged by your government, not by us. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are separate from your order total.

"Clearance Delay" Status: If your tracking shows "Clearance Delay," your package is being processed by customs. This is normal and can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks depending on:

  • Your country's customs procedures
  • Package contents and value
  • Volume of packages being processed

What to Do During Customs Delay:

  • Wait 7 days before taking action
  • Check with your local customs office for status
  • Be prepared to pay any duties or provide documentation
  • Contact us if you need documentation to help with clearance

If Your Package Is Stuck: If your package has been in customs for more than 2 weeks with no movement, contact us with your order number. We can provide commercial invoices or other documentation that may help with clearance.
